exactly !! if a 'special note' feature is helpful for a case, why would it NOT be equally or even more helpful for a contact/provider ?? !! please add this simple feature asap, and regardless of whether that person/entity is associated with a case; red flags prevent malpractice; who wants to tell their carrier they messed up because their high tech CMS failed to provide this very basic feature... ??
