Add a scroll function to text directory

In the texting screen, the directory for previously generated texts will extend past the visible screen if there are enough options, with no way to view what is above without zooming the screen out. A scroll bar would counter this.

Automation PRO ability to change class codes.

With Automation PRO on the intake side of the system, you are allowed to change the stage & status. We are looking for that ability for Automation PRO to also give us the ability to automate the changing of class codes as case checklist items ...

Bulk Actions Notes from the Advanced Search/Reports

I recommend adding a Bulk Notes feature to the 'Bulk Actions' box that appears on the Advanced Search/Reports. This would allow staff with bulk update security to post notes across several cases at once.

Allow bulk updating of User defined fields

It would be useful if we could bulk update User Defined fields in Neos. Currently you can only bulk update standard fields.

Neos: Have Global Calendar default to the Day calendar instead of month

When Global calendar is selected the view is automatically defaulted to Month. Would prefer to automatically view the current Day calendar instead.

Add the option to have a user tabs custom title appear as the name for the category name in the word add-in.

Neos - Special Note Header - Move the 'Clear' Button from the 'Arrow' Button

The 'Clear' button in the special note header of the cases is right next to the toggle arrow - it should be moved to avoid accidentally clearing fo the special note data

Ability to change Note Topic for all text messages system wide

Instead of having the note topic "text message" for every text sent to an outside number, it would be beneficial to be able to change the note topic name so that is changes system wide. Then users do not have to manually go into each text message ...
