Value Tab- Have the list pull items in chronological order.

It would be helpful to have the list be able to pull the medical providers into documents from the value tab in chronological order of treatment rather than in random order.

Carryover balance on invoice to new invoice if not paid.

If you have an outstanding invoice with an amount due and run a new invoice for new time generated, the new invoice should bring forward the previous balance and add it to the balance owing for a total due.

Same client multiple cases

If there is a client that has more than one case and searching the name in the search bar, if there are multiple cases, instead of having the number 2, each case should be a drop down.

Default Outlook Reminder to (whatever you choose)

Right now the outlook reminder defaults to 15, that might work for some but we would like it to default to 0 everyone would be different. If you change it in outlook it does not change it in neos. It would be nice if that was an option to default ...

Add option to open PDF's in the Adobe Acrobat browser version

Opening PDF's in Neos will lead to the PDF in SharePoint instead of opening in a separate Adobe Acrobat browser even while the Adobe browser extension is enabled.

CONTACTS

There should be a notes section so you are able to put information of party for example if contact is an employer, i should be able to put Manager info, owner info, payroll person.
