Copy/Duplicate Cases

It would be beneficial if we could duplicate a whole case to make a new one from it, instead of being able to only copy certain tabs to a case.

Add Ability to tag undeliverable emails/bounce backs

Even if an email is bounced back/undeliverable, we still need to tag it to Intakes/Cases to show it was sent. Please change the add-in so it allows for tagging of these emails

Case name visible in calendar

Case name shoulder appear on calendar items. Only description is visible, so I don't know whose Deposition it is until I click the item, scroll to the bottom, and click the down arrow to show more information. Entirely too much to do on every cale...

Neos: Add Quick Words

If I enter an abbreviation such as TCTC, have Neos automatically enter "telephone call to client". Or LMTRC " left message to return call". Just as two examples.

Neos Dashboards. In addition to sharing a dashboard, add the ability to have multiple owners

There are two major benefits of this request: 1. If one person leaves, the dashboards can still be maintained and used; 2. It will allow multiple people to modify the dashboard

Option to deduct expenses before calculating fees on settlement statement

My firm deducts the case expenses before calculating attorney's fees, so the current settlement calculator is useless to me. I would like the option to deduct expenses and then calculate fees and net to client.
