Neos - Ability to send Case Note via Neos message

Sometimes instead of tagging someone in a Case Note, a private message needs to be initiated regarding that note. We can send it to email, but not via Neos messages to keep all communication within the site.

Neos - Add a setting where you can choose the default view for the case docs tab

Add dormant filter to search screen status

We use "dormant" for cases which are closed but cannot yet be destroyed. We would benefit by being able to filter cases by dormant status in the search tab.

Toggling Auto-Start for Timers

The new timer feature can only be on and starting every time a case is up or turned off entirely. Is it possible to add a setting to let cases have the timer but not automatically start a timer? Maybe even on a case-by-case basis.
