permit email address groups; we can do this for messages, why not emails ?

such as: all opposing counsel; judge and opposing counsel and clerk; all clients; staff and cocounsel; these are just some of the normal groups we email every day; why should we have to manually recreate this wheel all day long ?

Would like to be able to create our own templates for the NOTES TAB based on the note topic.

Would like for the template to auto-populate in the note when we select that specific note topic.

Neos: Add the ability to select all files when in folder view on the Case Docs tab

Add the ability to select all files when in folder view on the Case Docs tab like the user can when in list view. This feature helps when trying to use the Bulk Actions option on the screen.

Mention Staff within Document Notes

Would like the ability to @[staff-user] within the Notes section of a case document. This will allow users to help bring attention to a specific document within a case for review.

Add option to email from a case (similar to sending a message from a case), without having to include a document.
