Being able to export the settlement memo as a word document as well

Mass Update via Advanced Search - Update Staff Position to BLANK

We are working on reorganizing case types and using new roles. AS part of this, we would like the ability to mass update a current staff position to BLANK so we can start retiring the use of those fields.

Allow the import of multiple Phone Numbers through the Intake Import function

The limitation of only one phone number field per imported intake is severely limiting. There should be an option to import at least one of each possible number/email/account type per CSV form.
