Outlook Add-In: Allow Email Tagging from Mailboxes Other Than the "Default"

Users currently have to move emails from other mailboxes into their "Default" mailbox to tag them.

Force Staff Log Out

A lot of changes to our system cannot be applied until an employee completely logs out and logs back into the system. It would be great if we could force a log out of the system.

Ability to fill in "Party" in document details when first uploading a document

When you drag and drop a document into Case Docs, the only details you can initially fill out are Document Name, Document Type, Document Category, and Tags. I would also like to be able to add the Party, so I don't have to always go back afterward...

Global timsheet

Instead of adding time directly within a specific case have a global time sheet that can be used to note activity and time. Then associate the time entry to a specific case. At the end of the day "Submit" this time to each of the cases.

I think that there should be the option to have more specific coding options when creating templates for generated documents. For example: using If/Else statements or Boolean variables in order to choose when and how specific information gets pull...

Companion Option for Intakes

Ability to link companions at intake phase as well would allow us to see all involved parties regardless if we retained them or not.

Add Client/Case # as Column for Browse Documents

While it is nice to see all the general documents being added, this would be helpful to know what case the document is associated with. Also, if from this tab, we could then go into that case, that would be even more logical and helpful. As of now...
