the ability to rearrange the fields and add text boxes next to each for separate commenting/note taking.

It would be great to have the ability to pull demographic information of a party by making an option to extract it to send it out with ease. Often we need to send contact information on a party, and it would be helpful to be able to extract the information to be easily copied to a text or email.

Ability to tag email with a phone number search

Currently, can search by name, email and case ID but if receiving a message back from a text it would be easier to look up with a phone number search.

Neos - Add 'Quick Note' to Intakes

Add the ability to have a Quick Note in the header of the Intake (like a case)

User would like to have a label on providers when searching to see that intake has been rejected

Instead of going in to intake manager and click rejected they want it to appear in the main search when looking up a client or provider.
