Restrict Permissions on Case Open Date

It would be nice if I could block staff from changing the case open date. If they change the open date to hide how long they've had a file in their possession, it effects my life on desk reports.

More Robust security

Case dates should not be changeable by everyone. For Example, I have a trial date case date that if someone changes would ccause a lot of problems
