Option to open word doc or PDF in native program instead of opening new window in browser

There should be an option to open a word doc or PDF in WORD or Adobe directly instead of opening it in another tab in the browser. WORD documents when opened in the browser look funky and we rarely edit documents in the browser, almost always edit...

Dictation in Neos

It would be amazing if the option for dictation were available for the busy attorney to be able to note or add details to the case file hands free. We here at Brent Adams and Associates would surely take advantage of such an option.

Neos - Add Ability to copy flat tabs

Add the ability to copy flat tabs between cases (Ex: Case Tab, Accident tab, etc.)

Neos - SharePoint Link - Back on Case Tab

With the Jan 25 Update users have to go to the Documents Tab and go to Settings to access SharePoint link for the documents of a case. Users would like to have the hyperlink in the Case Tab again for easier access.

Neos - Notes - Add ability to Filter Note Topic Drop Down

Firm has many Note Topics. Firm would like ability to filter/search Note Topic Drop Down when Adding a Note and when using the Filter option on the Notes tab to search for notes

Only Show Open Appointments on Dashboard "My Appointments"

Presently, the dashboard shows all calendar items under "My Appointments" even those that are completed or have been marked canceled on the calendar. It would be nice to only show open items in the dashboard to reduce clutter and confusion.
