The ability to select multiple options in one dropdown menu when generating documents
In Needles 4, you could select multiple items and generate the same letter to multiple selections at one time versus having to generate the same letter multiple times from start to finish.
This is huge. This omission in Neos is creating work daily and slowing us down. Just one example: When no-fault benefits are exhausted we write the same letter to every medical provider confirming that and letting them know to bill health insurance. Do you know how much more work it is to generate that letter for every provider? This is one of those instances where the efficiencies you have lost are outweighing the efficiencies you gained by converting.
