Currently inside of Neos, whenever you try accessing an audio file of type WAV, the file will be brought up with a direct link to the sharepoint file, IE: https://[domain].sharepoint.com/[folders]/[filename].wav
This is extremely unfavorable for all due to google Chrome not supporting the playing of Wav files through the browser; however, SharePoint itself does support the playing of audio files of this type. In order to keep everyone in the same ecosystem, and website, it would be wise for all audio files to be opened in sharepoint, so users do not require a specific chrome extention, or anything, to play their voice mails, and phone call recordings.
