Presently, when you are using the Word Add Into tag templates, and search by tag name, label or tab, it isn't very user friendly or smart. When you search "Full name" for example, you get options for AKA full name, default full address, Employer Business Full Address, etc --- all well before "Full Name". The best match should be first on the list. In this example, "Full Name" requires you scroll down the tags and is NINTH on the search results.
