Not sure why this hasn't been instituted yet, but this would make work life a lot easier. The majority of our clients have more than one case, and it's difficult to differentiate the cases based upon how Neos has them listed now. The date of incident will tell us exactly which case we are looking for without having to individually open each one. With how it's set up now, it's too time consuming. It's wasting time with all the unnecessary clicks.
