When changing Case Type drop down in intake, don't erase all entered data

If you enter information on a new intake or change information such as addresses for a previous caller in the system, Neos often erases any entered data when the "case type" drop down is chosen or entered.

Yes, it is best to get the case type before any information is entered but in the real world when speaking with a caller it can be very difficult to gather the case type before any other information.

For practical reasons, you want to gather all contact information before a person goes off into their reason for calling. Or there are times when a caller has no idea why they are calling or they change the story halfway through and you need to change the case type drop down when this happens.

Contact information will not change depending on case type so this area should remain constant. There is no need to revert back or lose any entered data from this portion of intake. Also synopsis will not change.

The point is, there is no reason to have to chose case type before entering data as it is impractical when on a live call.

You can't even work around it by guessing the case type, choosing a drop down, and proceeding with the call because all that information will be lost once the case type is changed.
