Counsel Tab - Ability to select multiple parties in the Representing dropdown bar

Currently you can only select one party in the Counsel Tab that shows who that attorney represents. Multiple cases the attorney represents more than one party. It would be beneficial to be able to select multiple parties to accurately show who the attorney is representing.
