Color Code Staff in Dashboard Tiles

For dashboards that can be grouped by staff can the color assigned to the staff be made consistent throughout the dashboards? Currently dashboards appear to be assigning colors from the top down. So if there are different staff results in different tiles on the same dashboard, the color representation is not consistent. For instance, Attorney may be red in one tile and blue in another. Ideally, the ability to assign colors to staff; giving firms the ability to assign specific colors to staff for consistency in viewing dashboards.
