Be able to use the Ctrl or Shift shortcuts to multiselect checklist items. We have instances where we have to change a case type but want to keep the current checklist. This usually leads to some checklist items being duplicated and requires us to go down 1 by 1 to delete out the dupes. If we could multiselect checklist items and delete/ complete in one go it would help.
