If Needles integrated with Kenect, it would be a huge benefit for us. In the alternative, if we could at least choose and use the number we have for texting through Kenect, as opposed to email, it would make life so much easier.
We use Kenect for text messaging. Kenect offers us an easy way to get reviews, but additionally, we also love it because it is one number which our clients can text and our entire office has access to. The texts can then be assigned to individual staff members for follow up and review. Kenect can also receive photos, and if our clients call the text number back, it forwards to our office phone.
Kenect integration has rolled out but you have to manually post each message to the case notes. Please improve this integration so that by assigning a case to a text thread on the Kenect side then automatically posts the notes to the Neos case.
