Ideas & Enhancements

I will frequently search by phone or some other "Search By" criteria other than Name/AKA and forget that I am, for example, on phone. I will enter a value and then realize that I also need to change the Search By criteria. Changing the Search By criteria wipes out the VALUE I have just entered. I would like to see the value retained when changing criteria and possible have the value selected, making it easy to change if appropriate.
