Type in Neos = the folder in sharepoint
Category = the type of item the template represents (demand, letter, etc)
Tag = semi redundant of Category
The names should be changed to be clear to what each refers. People using needles are not programmers. Most would understand this:
rename Type to Folder
rename category to Type of item
