Please consider adding "Staff 1" as an additional option in the "Column Chooser" list for the search results grid. We have only 1 attorney, so seeing the "Primary" role doesn't help us when it's always his name. Staff 1 will show us who the lead paralegal is without having to open the case file and open the case tab.
