Re/Client - should be included in the top section, especially since it is not possible to send a message from a case and have the case name automatically fill in.
The new message layout is an improvement and minimizes the clutter, however, the most important field - Re/Client - should be included in the top section, especially since it is not possible to send a message from a case and have the case name automatically fill in.
