User would like to increase the character limit in firm preferences>settlement memo in Neos. Anytime it goes over 4k it throws an error in both customer's environment and in staging. I added 50 more character and experienced the error on both sides. She needs 2,267 more characters to get here entire settlement memo in to Neos.
