In Neos, you are able to map user defined fields from user defined tabs when bulk importing via CSV for intakes but unfortunately are currently unable to map those user defined fields when bulk importing cases.
When selecting the Record Type as "Intakes" - the user defined tabs show in the dropdown for "Neos Fields".
When selecting the Record Type as "Cases" - the user defined tabs are not shown in the dropdown for "Neos Fields".
