This has caused me heartburn more than a few times. When I leave a case, I am DONE with it. Everything I searched should be cleared and reset. Instead, I attempted to enter a note (TWICE) that wouldn't appear in Notes because the search bar contained a word that wasn't contained within the new note. FRUSTRATING is an understatement.

I AGREE. This is so annoying. I dont know who thought leaving a word there was good idea.
