In Document Drop downs for provider or Medical Record Request, put names first so the drop down is easily identifiable
If we code for a record or medical request drop down in a document template, the drop down items will show in a variety of different orders (memo, creator name, number, ID). Please just use the name of the request. This is what's relevant to the document.
