At present, Advanced search only had teh capability to pull first insurance from insurance tab. In addition, this is the case for intakes as well. We need to be able to pull additional insurance companies for appropriate reporting as we may need defendant insurance
This issue also shows up in record requests with medical records, or any kind of provider.
