It would help our firm if intake files had a placeholder in sharepoint before using the client name.
This way, we would better be able to organize and do internal reporting on these files until they are able to speak to an attorney.
An idea for this would be to name them by a dash and case number instead of the customer name until the intake is turned into a case.
