We would like to add hyperlinks to documents / websites in the intake screen. For example, during the intake, our team needs to identify whether a potential defendant is a state or federal entity. It would be very helpful if we could add a link to the websites that list state and federal entities. Also, our team needs to do conflict checks. It would be great if they could click on a link that pulls up a document that contains all defendants that are potential conflicts.
