We have a very strict naming scheme here at our firm that requires heavy use of tags to make sure documents can be identified properly. When we tag documents from an email with the add-in, there is no option to actually add tags to the document, resulting in either an individual having to tag the email, then go to the case and edit the document to add tags, or the user just does not do anything at all and leaves it without tags. This is an issue and I feel that if it can pull in the global types and categories then it can pull in global tags as well.
