Allow sorting/favoriting of settlement memo so the one you use the most is at the top of the dropdown
This would save some time trying to find the correct settlement memo. We always use the same one, if we could favorite it and have it at the top that would be helpful and save time.

It would be helpful if it was similar to a Favorite Report or the list order could be edited by each user.
