At one point, I was able to select custom fields to show up on my columsn and then this feature was taken away. Given that the user defined fields are there to be more helpful, I do not know why this has not been added as a feature. It would save me a lot of time if I could use the columns to check insurance coverage, as an example, instead of having to go into the carrier entry and then scroll down. Over time, this saves a lot of time.
