We need the ability to use more than one domain for our e-mail addresses when creating events in the Neos calendar.
It is stated in Knowledge Base article, "accessing the Neos calendar" that All Staff must be on the same, non-aliased domain (e.g., @lawfirm.com).
-Some attorneys are very busy and have an alternative e-mail to eliminate being inundated by calendar invites
-Some firms user alternative domains for organizational and internal purposes.
This would allow us to update calendar events more efficiently. In addition, we would not be at the mercy of as many calendar issues with this being an option.
I cannot delete or make changes to any calendar entries I've created. NEOS indicates that I'm viewing in attendee view when clearly, I'm listed as the organizer. Both emails (organizer and attendee) are @cornwellsample.com so not sure why this is happening. Also, when I click to modify from the organizer's calendar, NEOS indicates there is a problem loading the data.
I cannot make any changes to any calendar entries if the domain for the organizer is "email@cornwellsample.com" and not "email@freedmanlaw.com". I would have to create a new appointment altogether but then there will be double entries because I can't even delete the original entry. Not sure what happened in the latest update, but this is a mess.
