* It is VERY difficult to locate this feature. It would be great if provider usage had its own icon on the provider summary view card. I am betting that the issues I found this weekend have not been reported to you because nobody is using the feature---because they can’t find it.
* Case numbers are not clickable—-you can’t go into cases to see the history of the provider/judge/adjuster/etc. And that’s the whole point of having/using this feature.
* It would be helpful to have the client name next to the case number. Nobody remembers case numbers. But everybody remembers names of clients. Having the client’s name would help the user either choose or skip over clicking into some of the search results.
* “Dormant” isn’t useful at all. This feature is used for historical purposes. Whether the case is open, closed, or dormant is irrelevant.
* It would also be nice to have a count of how many cases the provider has been involved in.
