Currently in the settlement calculator the Net to client does not take into account any disbursements that have already been made to the client, so when evaluating settlement offers and calculating how much would be due to client, we are giving the client the wrong information or have to track down and remember to subtract previous payments. Please consider subtracting previous payments to clients from the net to client in the settlement calculator.
