Bring back the old way of running reports! Basic reports like a case list for each attorney is impossible to run. Secretaries were able to run them easily, now they have to come to an admin to run them because the interface is so complicated they can't even run a simple case list for their attorney. All this done without even a warning! This is terrible customer service. Not everyone understands how a database works. Not everyone is a super user and they shouldn't have to be super users to run a simple report like a case list or a calendar report.
