It would be a lot more efficient if outgoing emails that are tagged to a file would only tag once the email actually sends (as it is done in TrialWorks). That way, any edits that are done (including spell checker edits that are done when the send button is pushed) would be included in the email that is actually tagged. Currently, whatever state the email is in when the tag is selected is what is tagged to the file. Certainly one could argue that all you have to do is tag the email after it is sent, but that requires multiple other steps, i.e., going to the sent box, selecting the email and tagging it then, which is a lot more steps than tagging the email while it is open during the drafting process.
