It would be nice if Neos made it easier for firms to accommodate their non-English speaking clients. For example, generating letters in other languages. The firm can upload a template or the default template can be translated to languages like Spanish, Arabic, Korean, etc. Ideally, firms can tag their clients with the language they speak, and we'd be able to add their names in their native language to make generating letters in their language easier.
For example, we tag a client as an Arabic Speaker. Another field pops up to add their name in Arabic. The firm can create the Arabic template and tag the document with things like "Full Name - Arabic" or "Date of Incident - Arabic." Then, staff can generate the letter in both English and Arabic. (In English for documentation purposes, and in Arabic so the client understands what the letter says).
It would be nice if we could create text and email templates in other languages too. Firm staff save time that would have been spent translating the letter/email/text personally. And if staff sends correspondence out in English anyway, it would also save them the time they would have to spend explaining the correspondence to non-English speaking clients.
