Some of us use certain phrases and terms frequently. It would be helpful if we can create shortcuts for those phrases to use in our notes or even throughout the software. For example, if I type ".nfb," it autopopulates the date followed by a note I frequently use. "xx/xx/xxxx: Called P re. NFB. Explained HHS, AC, and MM."
