There should be a setting in Neos where you can opt to have the case created date remain the same as the intake created date.
When an intake is created, it has a created date. We would like to option to automatically have this updated as the case created date. This is especially helpful for firms that work with referral sources, as it makes the information easier to track.
In addition, this could be an option to be turned on and off depending on firm needs. This would save a lot of time instead of having to input a date each time a case is created from an intake
