I understand Neos likely has monitoring services for third-party integrations like Microsoft, Twilio, Mailchimp, DocuSign, etc. During outages, it would be incredibly helpful to receive automated status updates and have some type of Status page.

Implementing a live monitoring page – similar to those offered by Filevine https://status.filevine.com/, MyCase https://status.mycase.com/, Clio https://status.clio.com/, and Smokeball https://status.smokeball.com/ – would be fantastic. These pages provide real-time status updates on API integrations, allowing customers to stay informed during outages.

In essence, a dedicated Website Monitoring Service page would showcase the different API integrations and display any current outages. This transparency would significantly enhance customer experience by providing clear communication and reducing frustration during service disruptions. Also give us the ability to subscribe to notifications during an outages via email and text.
