CLOUD: Being able to add documents when doing intake.
When the client is doing intake they want to be able to attach document with it so when it make it into a case it adds the document in the document tab.
I think we're saying the same thing, but to be clear, when we do an intake we want to be able to drop/import documents/items/emails into the actual intake. For example, my intake clerk opens an intake and receives a bunch of emails/documents/photos regarding the incident. I want to be able to review the intake and all of the documents in one place.
