Sometimes at least with me, I get carried away with closing Neos case tabs when I have a bazillion different cases opened. Without realizing, sometimes I close out of a message I am typing thinking its a case and then I get mad at myself for having to rewrite it all over again. I think it would be awesome if you guys can add a feature where it allows you to save a message as a draft automatically if you accidentally close out of the message or for a notification to appear if closing out of the message that says something such as 'are you sure you want to leave?' Thank you!
