When you click "create" then "time entry, a window will open to add a new time entry, but currently only lets you select a case that is currently in an open tab in Neos. Please make it so that you can select any case whether it is in an open tab or not.

The section at the bottom of the window should also be visible when the window first opens as the bill to field will not update while hidden if a different case is selected prior to task code being selected to expand the window.
