Currently, when you click in a note in the side panel, if you type anything, your changes are saved automatically, whether you wanted to save them or not. Also, the Activity Feed does not accurately reflect changes made to notes in this manner. Please add a SAVE button so that the save is more intentional!

The activity feed also may show that a note was modified when it really had not been.
