When someone creates an event in calendar, sometimes it needs to go out for the entire staff, the staff then receives an outlook invite.
There are calendared events that just do not need to have an invite go out.
Doing this then causes the organizer of the event to get a spam of emails saying everyone has accepted/declined the invite and floods the email. It could be hundreds of emails depending on the size of the firm.
One thought is possibly adding a function in NEOS when creating a calendared event gives you the option to send an invite or not.
