Please add an option to add a reminder when a new record request is logged on the Records tab. Separately adding events to the calendar or checklist for each request on each case is time consuming when doing a high volume of requests.
Ideally, when entering the "date requested" you would have the option to check "remind me in" and then a dropdown for 5 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 30 days or even just set a custom value.
