It would be a wonderful improvement to have the refresh and log back into Neos changed. Could a setting be created that doesn't allow for a refresh during an office's normal working hours? Work is lost and then has to be reentered when it refreshes like that, specially if it's in the middle of the work day. When Neos refreshes to then log us out causes issues. Notes, along with specific client profiles, we are working on are lost. Everything must then be reentered. That isn't always easy and it takes time away from those working.
